We are back for Round 2! This year promises to be just as fun and exciting as Round 1, only bigger and better. We are holding true to our model of providing a event that is a test of fitness while removing the barrier of high skill, specialized movements. If you (and your partner) can work hard, you can participate. Keep in mind this is still a competition, so the hardest workers will be rewarded!
Traditional barbell movements Squats Pull-ups Muscle-ups Double Unders (Any other movements we deem as too subjective in execution as well as judgement)
Don't be dissuaded if this doesn't sound like your normal workout routine. Rest assured, the Grenade Games may remove the highest skill components, but will absolutely test your fitness and your teamwork. The fittest TEAMS will have the most success in this competition. This year we are expanding from 20 Male-Male & 20 Female-Female, and adding a co-ed category for 20 more teams. Get your team(s) signed up ASAP to take advantage of early bird pricing!!!
