Kids develop lifelong habits at a very early age, and it is important to get them started on a fit and healthy lifestyle a soon as possible. Our CrossFit Kids program establishes a path to a lifetime of fitness through fun games and structured activities. This program is intended for kids to teenagers.
A CrossFit Kids-certified coach will take them through activities that involve basic movements such as pulling, pushing, running, jumping, squatting, throwing, etc.; only safe movements that nature intended them to do. These same functional movements appear in our adult classes, only the workout, along with the intensity, is scaled according to their age and physical and mental capacity. |

Expect to have fun! Our goal is to create an environment that is safe and engaging. One that promotes healthy habits, while instilling an understanding of fitness in your child
Your son or daughter will meet with our Certified CrossFit Kids Coach. They will participate in a free introductory session involving evaluation, coaching and a fun workout! After your introduction our regular kids classes will be made available for you to join in. Our kids schedule will be posted alongside our adults schedule on our main page.
