Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for Round 3! This year promises to be just as fun and exciting as our first 2, only bigger and better. As always this is an event that tests your fitness AND teamwork while removing the barrier of high skill, specialized movements. We will be bringing back some of our old, well-loved moments as well as introducing some new ones. If you (and your partner) can work hard, you can participate. Keep in mind this is still a competition, so the hardest working teams will come out on top!

Movements you can look forward to (but not limited to):

Running 
Jumping
Throwing (Weighted implements)
Pushing (sleds, barrels, etc)
Pulling (sleds)
Carrying (odd objects)


Lifting (sandbags, DB's, stones, etc.)
Climbing
Crawling
Obstacles
and so on...

What you won't find:

Olympic Lifting 
Pull-ups
Muscle-ups
Double Unders
Handstands/Walks

Don't be dissuaded if this doesn't sound like your normal workout routine. Rest assured, the Grenade Games may remove the "specialist" components, but will absolutely test your fitness and your teamwork. The fittest TEAMS will have the most success in this competition.  Again this year we are hosting 20 Male-Male Teams & 20 Female-Female Teams, as well as 20 Co-Ed Teams Get your team(s) signed up ASAP to ​ take advantage of early bird pricing!!!
