1. Contact us to discuss your options. If you have questions about who we are and what we do, set up a time to meet and talk in person. Keep reading if you just want to get started.
2. Enroll in Fundamentals CrossFit on the River is excited to announce our newly formatted Fundamentals program! Our fundamentals program starts with 5, 1-on-1 classes with a Level 2 certified trainer. These classes are designed to introduce you to the tenants of strength & conditioning. In fundamentals, you’ll be taught how to move safely and correctly, the methodology behind CrossFit, the terminology, how to adjust workouts according to your ability, the importance of strength training, as well as the value of conditioning. We have years of experience in coaching athletes of ALL capabilities, and your introduction to CrossFit will be executed under the watchful eye of one of our most experienced coaches.
One of the pillars of CrossFit training is group training. The community is, and always will be, the backbone of CrossFitand CrossFit on the River. We also understand that the fitness needs of the individual are as varied as the individuals themselves. Your specific goals, expectations, fears, and dreams are best focused on without distraction. In fundamentals, you’ll start out with 5, 1-on-1 classes, with the option to continue in the 1-on-1 format as long as you and your coach agree is needed. This is the next evolution in CrossFit training and we look forward to meeting you.

3. Join the fam! CrossFit OTR is a strong community of like minded folks that will welcome you and encourage you through each workout. Our regular classes typically run from 8-12 members.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter (L1 certified or 6 months of training under an L1 coach) and would like to jump right into our regular programming, please contact us to set up a meeting with a coach to discuss your options.
